  Prepaid cell phone are a brand new style for people buying a phone. People can only pay cash for this phone without any billing records. Thus, it can protect owner's privacy successfully. However, government found that many crimes also were caused. Therefore, many people debate about whether prepaid cell phones should be banned or not.

  In my opinion, Prepaid cell phones should be prohibited for several reasons. At first, criminals use it covers their tracks because of anonymity. In addition, it's a hot news that such phones also have been associated with suspected terror activity. The offenders had used a prepaid cell phone to purchase a car to hide the bomb. They try to bomb the time square. Nowadays, government uses "ID" to manage residents effectively and safely. But, prepaid cell phones make "ID" useless. People's safety is threatened by the increasingly criminal rates, and safety is one of the most important things for people. Government should put citizens' safety in the first position.


  To sum up, prepaid cell phones are a new way which could help buyers to keep privacy. Nevertheless, the risks outweigh the benefits. If I needed to make a decision between safety and freedom, I will choose safety.

Implantable identifier

Implantable identifier is a new technology which can record personal information, like a "ID". In the past, people used to chips into pets or farm animals tracked them if they got lost. Currently, someone suggests that we can put it below the skin of children to protect them. However, someone else believes the technology is too dangerous to continue.

In fact, it is an advanced technology which can help people a lot. In many countries, human trafficking is a serious problem. Many parents miss their children who will not come back anymore deeply. Once parents found children lost, they can check the information of children as quickly as they can.Then, police and parents can find the children easily.

Personally,I do not think benefits outweigh the risks. We should think carefully. Nowadays, people rely too much on high-technology. Sometimes, they will ignore the potential risks, which may cause some negative results. As children grow up, they are not innocent kids anymore. Parent also should respect children's rights. However, it's painful to put the implantable identifier out with long time.

To sum up, everything has two sides. If we use correctly, morphine also can help patients to release pain. Therefore, although implantable identifie is a useful high-technology, we still have to think twice before using.

The internet is a new thing for human. However, it already affects human's life everywhere now. People enjoy understanding the knowledge of the past. People also learn the world of the future. Internet connects future and past to improve this society like the compass for voyaging.

Everything has two sides. Therefore, the internet not only enhances human's development but also hurt people's life. Nowadays, the internet crime becomes the largest society problem. People use the internet to swindle, to filch people's personal information. In the internet, people don't know anyone else. Other people don't know them, either. Then, they do and talk anything as they want. Because no limit to restrain them, they open their desire and become increasing crazy. Finally, everyone gets hurt.

To sum up, the butterfly can cause the hurricane in thousands of miles far away. The internet also can destroy people's peaceful life. Everyone has their desires, and sometimes it will become an evil ruin themselves. Thus, we ought to use the Internet in a correct way with some limits.
